We want you to be completely satisfied with your Erie SeaWolves gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please note that customized items and game-worn memorabilia are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the items at UPMC Park, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
