Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location but generally arrive within 5-7 business days via USPS or UPS.

Can I return or exchange items purchased online?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items and customized jerseys are final sale.

Do you offer international shipping for fans outside the US?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. For other international inquiries, please contact our team store directly to discuss shipping options and rates.

How do I know what size jersey or hat to order?

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Our New Era caps follow standard sizing, and our jerseys are designed with an athletic fit; we recommend sizing up if you prefer a looser feel.

Can I pick up my online order at UPMC Park?

Yes! During checkout, select the 'In-Store Pickup' option. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be collected at the SeaWolves Team Store during regular business hours.
